Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage or loss to, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury, death, damage, or loss. Drones and outside alcohol, coolers, tobacco products and food are not permitted. While we do not have a dress code, we ask that all guests dress in appropriate, family friendly clothing; shoes, shirts and adequate coverage are required. Guests who do not comply with the family friendly standards in place will be asked to change into appropriate clothing or leave the premises.

I am aware that pets are not permitted. Service dogs are welcome. Per the ADA, service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

At Brown & Brown Farms, Starfall Festival is rain or shine—bring your boots, ponchos, and sense of adventure! We keep the good times going in light to moderate rain, as long as it’s safe. Severe weather—like lightning, high winds, or flooding—might force us to pause or cancel for everyone’s safety.

Here’s the plan:
- Full Event Cancellation - If we cancel Starfall Festival before it starts due to extreme weather, we’ll move it to another day in 2025 (subject to availability). Stay tuned for the new date!

-Partial Closure - If severe weather hits mid-event and we shut down, attendees already on-site get a 50% discount code for a future 2025 visit.

- Safety First- We reserve the right to close any activities at any time if conditions turn unsafe—your well-being’s our priority.

Farm management decides what’s severe based on safety—think lightning near the fields or mud too deep for tractors. Check our website or socials for updates if the forecast looks dicey!

Brown & Brown Farms will not issue refunds for any reason. Tickets may be transferred to friends or family members. The person visiting Brown & Brown Farms, whether the original purchaser or not, assumes the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
